We start with a short design briefing where you answer a few questions about your company and your ideas. This gives me the first important impressions of your vision.

Next, we either schedule a discovery Zoom-call or exchange messages to discuss project details, brand, scope, deliverables, and timeline. This helps us align our understanding and set the stage for the project.

I’ll prepare a Project Proposal that includes the project scope, deliverables, cost, and timeline based on our initial discussions.

Once you approve the proposal, we move forward to the next step.

I’ll begin by diving deep into your brand and reviewing the insights you shared in Step 1. These are essential for understanding your vision, values, and goals.

From there, I’ll develop a tailored brand strategy, conduct market research, and analyse your competitors to position your brand effectively. I’ll then create a moodboard to establish the visual direction, laying the foundation for thoughtful, intentional design. With all of this in place, I’ll begin crafting the first design concepts.

The design phase usually takes 2–3 weeks. Once ready, I’ll present the initial concepts to you: clearly explaining the creative choices and how each design aligns with the brand strategy and goals.

We’ll then gather your feedback via Zoom or email to fine-tune and refine the design until it feels just right.

Once the design is approved, you’ll provide final sign-off and I’ll issue the invoice.

After payment is received, you’ll receive a well-organised folder with all final design files, along with a comprehensive brand guideline to ensure consistent and confident use of your new visual identity across all platforms.
